As part of a two-year intensive I did many years ago with The Center for Mediation in Law, I attended a 10-day program in psychosynthesis taught by the extraordinary, gifted Harry Sloan. What I learned became an integral part of how I see both conflict and the role of my own self-awareness in the resolution process. (Click to read a post I wrote about another feature of psychosynthesis that is very helpful in mediation.)
If you are interested in learning psychosynthesis, The Association for Advancement of Psychosynthesis is offering a Foundation Intensive in June (the 10th through 16th) in the San Francisco Bay Area. Click for all the details.
