How did I miss this? My old friend Scott Rogers and new colleague Jan Jacobowitz are writing a blog about the class they teach at the University of Miami School of Law called Professional Responsibility and Mindfulness . The blog is simply called Mindful Ethics. From the About page:
The course curriculum endeavors to be a seamless integration of mindfulness insights and exercises with the rules of professional responsibility. Their book, Mindfulness and Professional Responsibility: A Guidebook for Integrating Contemplative Practices into the Law School Curriculum, will be released in October 2010.
That's a book I will look forward to reading.
