Nice job, and EXCELLENT points. I had not realized that Al Gore was perpetuating the non-useful and inaccurate qualitative division of brain into good (rational, thinking, cognitive) and not-good (emotional, feeling). The GREAT neuroscientist Antonio Damasio thoroughly dispelled this notion years ago. All human behavior, including effective decision-making, including communication, inextricably involves BOTH cognitive and emotional processes.

Great new blog!!
