The number of mindfulness groups for lawyers in the US has grown to six. I know about those in Denver (I was one of its founders), Washington DC, Portland, New York City, and the San Francisco Bay Area; and am happy to read on Jane Faulkner's blog that one has just begun in Seattle.

This monthly group explores ways in which mindfulness practices may lead to more effective delivery of quality legal services, increased professionalism and lawyer wellbeing and health.
