Hi Stephanie:

I'm regularly "bumping into" your posts on the internet...this is a gem! Movement, specifically 5Rhythms moving meditation, has changed my life for the better. Not only exercise, but a way of getting clearer, non-verbally, about my feelings and thoughts. This posting gives me some more "fuel" for the argument that movement is medicine...maybe it's also mediation medicine!
